To keep things somewhat simple...
My name is Todd Muffoletto.  I'm just an easy going guy who enjoys trouble shooting computer problems and helping the technologically challenged. My desire is to give people peace of mind when dealing with their computers. I accomplish this without making anyone feeling "stupid" or like less of a person just because they are unable to find the solution to a problem without a little help.  Otherwise, my experience with computers spans ten years. I started working on my own machines in 2000 and then moved on to everyone else's in 2004.
I answer all questions in a timely manner and honestly, if I don't know the answer, I'll find out.
